Objectives: | Remind ourselves to stop/look/listen (even feel) for signs of drug effects (bad as well as good)
Remind ourselves to review the goals of therapy in every patient on every visit or assessment. For human beings, the goals of therapy are never surrogate outcomes (eg BP, HbAIC, LDL-C, PANSS, UPDRS, Ham-D, MADRS, etc)
Remind ourselves that constructive independent opinions should always be welcome - we never know what insight we may lack, that others may possess (and vice versa). |
